How do I place an order?

- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 4 to 8 business days
Shipping costs are calculated when you confirm your order. Free shipping is offered above a certain purchase amount.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to track your package in real time.
Do you offer international delivery?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been prepared, we can modify or cancel it. Contact our customer service as soon as possible after your purchase. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify it.
What are your return and refund policies?
In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal for unopened and unused products. After receipt and verification of the return, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the payment method used during the purchase.
